For regular services, no deposit is required. For bridal packages and group bookings, a 25% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. This is adjustable against your final bill.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment without any charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a nominal fee for bridal bookings.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. We remain closed on Sundays. Special appointments can be arranged for bridal packages on Sundays with prior booking.

A standard hair spa treatment takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. This includes scalp analysis, oil massage, steam treatment, shampoo, conditioning, and style finish.

Bridal

Yes, all our bridal packages include at least one trial session. We recommend scheduling the trial 2-4 weeks before your wedding to perfect your look. Additional trials can be arranged if needed.
